Procastination is a huge killer.

deciding to push off some things to the very last minute because of personal preferences, or even shoving some lame reasons for it,is my bad. But i realised that this habit can be turned into something very dangerous when its something that concerns with health.

Like delayed health check-ups is something totally avoidable.My mum's friend's daughter has a lump under her armpit. This is under the classification of breast cancer. According to what the doctors normally say, beware of lumps underneath the armpit or on the breasts itself, to do a mammogram once a year or 2?something like that.she's lucky that her lump is found to be not cancerous.

anyways..younger women tend to have poorer prognosis than post-menopausal women as their breasts are active with their cycles, e.g., they may be nursing infants, may be unaware of changes in their breasts. Therefore, younger women are usually at  a more advanced stage when diagnosed.

so be aware...!

p.s:i rarely seen indians wearing sunglasses.no offence, its an observation.
